Hand-forged carbon steel knives, now available from us upon request. Black Chili knives are forged entirely by hand. Made from carbon steel, the sharpest blade material available. The blades are made from former saw blades and truck leaf springs. The handles are made from Burrhetiodendron Hsienmu, this mallow family is so long-lived that it can last for several centuries even in the warm, humid climate of northern Vietnam.
